Toothsi - Performance Marketing Role (4-7 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
1. Develop optimisation strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings.
2. Monitor and evaluate search results across the major search channels.
3. Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments.
4. Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials.
5. Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions.
6. Update content and website links for maximum optimisation and search engine rankings.
7. Managing PPC Campaigns.
8. Identify key SEO KPIs.
9. Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs.
10. Work with web developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices.
11. Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc).
Required Skills :
1. Competencies (must) Analytical bend, Execution Excellence, Collab In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, WebTrends etc).
2. Proven SEM experience in managing PPC campaigns.
3. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
4. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
5. Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
6. Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems.
