Toothsi - Manager - Offline Marketing/BTL Marketing (3-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Devise and deliver offline marketing campaigns, aligned with the new marketing strategy and brand image.
- Offer actionable marketing plans and reliable improvements or changes for marketing activity.
- Execute competitor analysis and report on the results of marketing campaigns.
- Plan budgets, Planning & execution of Below the Line (BTL) and monitor progress for city teams
- Attribute App Installs and Sales to every activity basis thorough analysis
- Create robust SOPs for the city teams to ensure maximum output with minimum spillage
- Identify best practices through constant innovation and geo-experiments,replicate those practices to all teams.
- Create a knowledge bank of geo-specific insights through customer interactions conducted in every city, share key insights with all stakeholders.
- Interact closely within all sections of Marketing to figure out the improvement areas and execute seamlessly across geographies.
- Interact with City teams to understand key challenges and opportunities,create an action plan to address them.
- Seasoned offline marketer with a deep understanding of the industry
- Truth-seeker with extensive focus on measurement and analytics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High levels of ownership of the function
