Key Responsibilities :

- Design engaging graphics, illustrations, and animations for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.

- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to create assets aligned with brand strategy and campaign objectives.

- Develop motion graphics and short videos for advertisements, product launches, and social media content.

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery in a high-speed, dynamic environment.

- Stay up-to-date with design trends and implement best practices in both graphic and motion design.

- Ensure all creative assets maintain brand consistency across platforms.

- Handle last-minute revisions and quick turnarounds while maintaining high-quality work.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in graphic and motion design, preferably within a startup or fast-growing company.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work in both static and motion design.

- Experience in creating visual content for social media, email campaigns, and paid media.

- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
