Toothsi - Executive - Customer Experience (0-5 yrs)
1. Ensure query resolution within 24hrs and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms
2. Handle dental specific queries pertaining to our services. Overall Problem solving for patients and coordination as necessary. Handle any operations related activities that may be required
3. Sell Additional services to generate revenue
4. Tabulate and record responses from all customers on excels. Generate relevant reports from the same
5. Schedule appointments from patients and coordinate with the required doctor who shall visit the patient
6. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers- requests. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
