Job Description :
Key Responsibilities : Sales, Business Development & Operations Planning for a City
Planning :
- Understand the entire business process flow and organize the Sales, Business Development & Operations team.
- Working closely with the HR team for building the team.
- Analyzing current market trends and competitor information to help in strategist the future sales plan
- Coordination with the Central Operations and Customer Experience teams at Head Office for smooth operations at City level
- Updating the management team with progress, challenges and developments on a periodic basis.
Sales & Business Development :
- Allocation of yearly and monthly targets within the team members
- Tracking of progress of sales calls and business development
- Supporting the team with the right sales process for increasing conversions
- Analyses sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Work with the team to on board key accounts / high value associate dentists
- Build BD team by identifying & recruiting BDMs in local market.
- Conduct regular performance management exercise for all the team members
- Responsible for weekly and monthly reviews of team members, and also taking part in their appraisal process and goal setting.
Operations :
- Closely work with the Inside Sales, Customer Support, Central Operations teams to ensure delivery of seamless customer experience.
- Organize and manage city level operations in a manner that all delivery commitments are met.
- Ensure optimum utilization of all team members
- Ensure achievement of timeline commitments and cost control
