Skills Required:
- Over 6+ years of experience in the digital marketing industry
- A good understanding of technology and its application in marketing
- Skilled in both realms of creative and technology
- Must have created campaigns that utilise the latest technology (Eg: AR/VR/MR etc.)
- Ability to create stellar storytelling presentations that are effective and help sell the idea
- Impeccable communication and convincing ability
- Proven track record of managing a team
- Good understanding of PnL management
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Head the Innovations vertical at Tonic (Generating revenue, managing PnL, and creating an efficient team)
- Create on-ground and digital campaigns by leveraging the power of tech + development
- Drive innovations/tech campaigns/ideas in all new business pitches
- Keeping yourself and the team updated on the latest industry trends (Marketing & Technology)
- Responsible for creating and executing proactive innovative campaigns on topical days for brands and businesses with the team
- Drive innovations and tech partnerships for the execution of innovative ideas
- Be the pioneer and drive many firsts for the country in digital campaigns and innovations
- Have a strategic understanding of brands and categories to tie in business objectives for brands and their communication proposition with innovative tech-driven solutions
- Enable and scout opportunities to create unique creative meets technology campaigns/ideas
- Drive the agenda for global awards for the agency
- Lead a few brands with innovative thinking
