Designation : Customer Support Executive/Lead(Inbound)
Job Responsibilities :
1 Efficiently and effectively handle queries from customers on chat, email and phone
2 Resolving day-to-day customer complaints by ensuring highest levels of customer support and ensuring expectations are met in a timely and professional manner.
3 Monitor the performance of all customer-related operations and provide progress and status reports.
4 Maintain full working knowledge of all functions within the department
5 Preferable knowledge of Fantacy Sport Gaming industry
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Minimum 1-year experience working as a Customer Service Agent/Executive
- Fluent in English is a must both verbal and written
Education : University graduate
- Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent writing, communication and time management skills

Location :
Initial Work from home, once office resume job location will be Jaipur.
