Togglehead - Lead - Performance Marketing (5-8 yrs)
JOB ROLE:
- Strong understanding of the digital platforms Facebook, AdWords with ad operations and ad verification tools Awareness of emerging/new technologies that can be leveraged to drive brand salience
- Creative strategizing for existing client
- Understand the client business and short and long-term objectives.
- Manage digital media campaigns end to end depending on the business objectives. Understanding the brief and campaign objectives from the client
- Planning & executing the campaigns on various digital medium such as Display, Search, Social media, etc.
- Identify key audiences - sizing and profile using data points, to determine whether given audience can achieve the client's business objective
- Identify placement opportunities impact, non-impact and oversee the ad operations tracking, serving. Monitoring the campaign performance and optimizing, to achieve the campaign objective
- Set budget allocation - top line between different online platforms to meet the objectives
- Measure the results against the planned deliverables and conduct post evaluation (to derive insights to be leveraged for next campaign)
- Develop good working relationship with key publishers, vendors/partners that are the right fit for the brand and help to achieve client goals
JOB EXPECTATIONS:
- Experience 4-7 years into media planning.
- Can manage all aspects of an online program (Facebook, Google, and other publishing platforms)
- Has experience with all online media tactics: CPA, CPM, and paid search
- Understands all aspects of an online campaign implementation
- Has stellar negotiation, tracking, and optimization skills
- Is comfortable interacting with third-party ad servers and rich media technologies
- Understands syndicated and related online media research resources
- Has outstanding budget and project management skills
- Modeling experience is preferable Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking
- Solid understanding of media concepts/terms, creative and budget requirements
- Solid grasp of digital marketing, especially deep knowledge of digital media
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the desire to progress
- Ability to forecast outcomes of brand/DR campaigns and manage spend
- Proven problem solving skills and ability to think outside of the box Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
