About the role :
Toggle head is looking for a passionate, dedicated,loyal, self-motivated Business Development Lead who will be responsible for catapulting their business to new heights.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up sales channels for constant inflow of leads. This includes strategic partnerships, cold leads, third party consultants and freelancers
- Set up lead targets to monitor and ensure inflow through above channels
- Monitor sales targets and present to both internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for a team of 3 to 4 team members across different functions
- Set up and better and optimised systems and processes, eg. those related to quicker conversion ratios, set up better pipeline management systems and coordination channels between Development and Operation
- Reporting key sales metrics like conversion metrics, daily leads, team updates, and other key KPIs directly to management. Will also be working to add key service offerings to the portfolio

Must haves :
- 4+ experience in selling service to businesses.
- Prior experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Experience in business development in digital marketing space.
- Willing to travel, mostly intracity (about 30 - 50% of the time).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
