Your primary responsibilities will encompass identifying and forging strategic partnerships with restaurants, cultivating and nurturing these relationships, and spearheading the expansion of our ever-growing user network. - Research and identify potential restaurant/salon partners that align with Tofolo's mission and values.
- Establish and nurture relationships with merchant owners and managers, showcasing the value of Tofolo's platform.
- Guide merchants through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto the Tofolo platform.
- Educate merchant staff on how to effectively use Tofolo's tools and strategies for optimizing resource utilization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies for attracting merchants to the platform.
- Track and analyze merchant performance on Tofolo, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a bridge between merchant and Tofolo's development team, conveying feedback and feature requests to enhance the platform.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
