The team :

- We are a diverse group of people (educators, engineers, designers) who have been fortunate to study at some of the best colleges - Stanford, Brown, IITs. We have experience of working in companies like McKinsey, Unilever, Sprinklr, Teach for India. We also own and operate a network of progressive preschools (www.todden.com); this gives us the opportunity to work in a tight loop with teachers and incorporate their feedback into the products we build.

About the Role :

- We are looking for an enthusiastic sales intern to join our sales department and provide support in lead database management. This role will help the organisation grow in uncharted areas to meet expected revenue objectives. Working in a collaborative and team-oriented environment, you will support lead database generation, hunting social Media accounts, and help in outreach strategies for the new accounts.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Help grow the Toddle brand through secondary research and new account development.

2. Perform secondary research in building up the database for Outbound efforts and helping in new account acquisition.

3. Generate lead pipeline thereby targeting and researching for social media's of new accounts to gather necessary account intelligence.

4. Contribute to the x to 10x growth of the organisation.

5. Assisting the Sales team to provide the required database for new opportunities in the target market.

6. Assisting sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills :

1. Currently pursuing Bachelors/Masters degree with a basic understanding of sales and secondary research

2. Good with MS-Excel and database management

3. Willing to contribute in the high-growth early stage startup with the hustle attitude

4. High sense of accountability & ownership

5. Integrity, honesty and openness to operate as a team player

6. Humility, diligence and a willingness to learn new things - A Lifelong Learner
