Position : Sales Manager - RMC (Readymix concrete)

Location : Mumbai / Thane / Navi Mumbai

Educational Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech - Civil and MBA From Tier 1 Colleges

Experience : 2-10 Years of Relevant Experience in Readymix Concrete Sales. Candidates working in Companies in RMC Companies will be Preferred. Candidates working in Building Material / Cements / Ceramics / Tiles/ Paints / Sanityware etc. also apply.

The incumbent will be responsible for business development of Ready Mix Concrete sales in Mumbai / Thane & Navi Mumbai Region and shall report to the Head - Sales & Marketing.


The primary responsibilities include the following : 


1. Prepare marketing & sales plan for the region and achieve projected sales of RMC 


2. Identify new clients and business opportunities. 


3. Provide technical information to customers.


 4. Managing Contracts with customers and Pricing of RMC in line with changing costs and market to exceed the planned margins. 


5. Monitor equipment utilization and cost productivity parameters to optimize semi- variable/ fixed cost.


 6. Managing after sales services such as invoicing, cube reports, cheque collections, etc.


 7. Implement Credit Policy and control the outstanding below the limits set. 


8. Exploring new markets in the region and prepare to the business proposals. 


9. Provide Market intelligence reports to the Head - Sales & Marketing s and other teams. 


10. Ensuring compliance with all the systems including managing the data, systems, and documentation/ records. The incumbent shall be required to spend over 70 % of time in the Field.

Candidates must have :

1) Candidates must have Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills.

2) Can deliver results or can achieve monthly sales Target as Sales Plan.

3) Conversant with Sales CRM.
