TMSV Edutech - Manager - Business Development - Higher Education (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Team Leader with experience of closing sales calls online through telecalling/face to face/house calls.
- Expert in counselling prospective customers and leadership skills, to create and lead a team of telecallers
- Result oriented approach towards achievement of targets
- To close and assist in promotion of Online education programs like Diploma, certificate, graduation and post-graduation programs and closure of leads
- Monitor the progress of the team members on various points of time as required.
- Should be able to analyse raw data, leads generated and feedback on data generated by callers to ensure achievement of sales targets
- Influence and counsel customers to buy or retain products or services by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
- Listen to queries and handle them effectively.
- Follow-up with the customers for payment collection.
- Maintain all formats of record maintenance
- Initiate, devise and follow SOP and ensure that the team follows the same
- Ensure timely reports to Management
Requirements :
- Excellent sales and deal closing skills
- Negotiator and Co-ordinator with sound experience of leading and collaborating.
- Good PR skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Masters / Graduate in any field with relevant experience.
- Minimum 3-4 yrs of relevant experience
