TJC Group - Senior Role - Content Writing (5-7 yrs)
Senior Content writer
- TJC Group is recruiting a Senior Content writer to support the Marketing team as a result of the group's growing activity. In this role, you will cooperate closely with the Marketing team as well as the Consulting and Development departments to write, develop, produce and edit assets for target personas and buying groups through digital marketing channels such as the company website, blog pages, social media, search engines, email marketing, etc.
- The Senior Content writer closely with various stakeholders (SEO experts, Designers, partners, internal teams at TJC Group, Marketing agencies, Local copywriters, etc.) to craft content to appeal to audiences across all digital channels.
Your Main Responsibilities :
- With our content we are focusing on educating audiences and helping solve their complex problems with SAP Data Management. This is an opportunity for a creative writer with marketing acumen to lead TJC Group content strategy with the support of the Marketing director and our SEO and Website expert:
- Leading TJC Group content strategy and distribution. Work with the Marketing team to further establish editorial direction- including the keywords we should target, the topics we should cover, the content formats we should produce, etc.
- Manage all content from draft right up until publication.
Responsibilities include :
- Day-to-day content
- Website copies/content
- Blogs and newsletter
- Manage other content writers, third-party providers and content projects
- Lead content strategy with Marketing
- Social media post
- SEO content
- Content for Inbound marketing.
- Work with product teams, sales team and consultants to create marketing deliverables
- Test out new media formats and ideas, set direction and plans to utilize content across our marketing activity.
- Align all our contents with SEO strategy and keywords, including backlinking.
- Be in charge of social media strategy with the direction given by the Marketing Director for LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Work with a small team of freelance writers to localize content in German and French.
- Distribute our content across the diverse channels and online communities, such as LinkedIn Groups, Quora or Slack channels.
- Measure the impact of content marketing, educational resources, and our blog including its influence on acquisition and conversions.
- Monitor the web, listening to new trends and as well as innovative companies
Skills Knowledge And Expertise :
- A minimum of 5-7 years prior experience in content creation and content marketing management is required.

- You are an outstanding communicator, you love stories and are a natural storyteller with excellent writing and speaking skills in English.
- You have experience in working for B2B Software companies and communicating on technical and complex subjects.
- Proven knowledge of the SAP / ERP Systems.
- You are an exceptional copywriter and proofreader.
- You enjoy taking written work from draft form to publication. You love reading, too. In short, you are probably the person everyone goes to for your opinion before they publish.
- You are a strong writer. Blog posts, emails, social media promotions whatever it is you are skilled in coming up with the right words to promote a message.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain consistent communication across teams and departments.
- Please submit at least 2 writing samples from a content piece you have written that you are particularly proud of.
Nice to have :
- You have experience with tools like WordPress (for publishing), SEMRush for SEO, Hubspot (for Marketing Automation), Google Analytics (for analyzing content performance), Project management (Trello and Basecamp) and other technologies necessary for editing and publishing content.
- Knowledge of French or German is a plus.
