2. Prepare campaign schedules by discussing with relevant business stakeholders and resolve conflicts, if any

4. Personalize campaigns operationally as per channel strategy and curate content as per requirement
5. Make constant improvements in the campaign management process and bring out ideas for new campaigns by analysing performance of existing campaigns
