Reporting to Area Business Manager - Trade
1. Scope of the role :
- Primary sales target achievement
- RS secondary sales target achievement
2. Job Profile :
- Target setting - Dealerwise, Townwise in March each year
- Business review and plan for RS, Franchisee on quarterly basis or when required
- Ensure strong presence and space for the brand in key MBO's
- Reducing infiltration in key markets in territory
- Specified towns & RS territory Potential Assessment to drive sales from key markets
- Dealer / Channel network expansion
- Relationship management with Channels
- Local level promotion action
- Forecasting
3. Key Deliverables :
- RS stock management
- RS market outstanding management
- RS sales force management
- WOT Channel Management
- Adherence and commitment to systems and procedures
- INFO club & Usage of Sale portal.
- Supervising RS (redistribution stockists/distributors) operations and training of RS staff and showrooms.
- Monitoring CFA activities, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance to commercial guidelines.
- Product forecast and indenting.
- Implementing local level promotion, schemes, and events.
- Product related, Scheme related, ensuring monthly reports from RS, FS, sent to Corporate.
- Market intelligence on a monthly basis.
- Presenting information at review meetings on a quarterly basis
4. Right Person :
- Graduate / MBA with 2 to 5 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills and self motivated
- Should be result oriented and a team player
- Between 25-30 yrs of age
- Having work experience in FMCG industries
