Marketing/Ecommerce Operations Manager Ecom

- Managing end to end online business operations for the ecommerce department

- Manage daily operations for e-Commerce including new product listing, planning and executing product shoots

- Understand consumer preference and drive volumes for achievement and growth in the channel

- Manage and create individual and bulk listing of new products on the e-commerce portal

- Coordinate with brand team to ensure we write engaging and SEO optimized product descriptions to improve conversions

- Ensure that the catalogue contains accurate, comprehensive and high-quality product information to aid online purchase

- Coordinate with the website administrator to upload the content in the site as per requirements

- Coordinate with merchandising team to ensure sufficient inventory

- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure we have the right systems in place to timely and safe product deliveries

- Contribute to solving and reducing issues in the catalogue for optimizing the speed of the catalogue upload process

- Review the annual maintenance contracts with 3 rd party platforms related to the partnership agreement and propose alternations based on working inputs

- Review the output created by the 3 rd party platforms to ensure that it communicates the message intended and is within the brand guidelines

- Ensure all website functionalities are running at optimal quality and performance

- Coordinate with tech team for building new website features

- Coordinate with performance marketing team to identify and deploy features that would enhance user experience on the website and increase conversion. Knowledge of products like web engage, Adobe target, adobe analytics, OptinMonster will be an added advantage

Marketing

- Day to day management of brand's digital media assets such as website, social media pages, GMB etc.

- Coordinate with brand team and various vendor partners/agencies for print and digital campaign planning and deployment

- Continuous review and active management of all online assets to chase and lead digital growth metrics

- Ideate, support with development and coordinate collaterals - look books, catalog, Invites to support the retail marketing team for all events and BTL activities

- Coordinate with campaign deployment team to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and reporting

- Coordinating all marketing operations - Printing, Vendor management, Agreements etc

- Managing the seasonal and PR photo shoots and being responsible for on time delivery of the assets

- Coordinating and assisting with the creation of digital ads, media assets, offline assets and PR assets wherever needed
