Position Executive - Business Development
Job Location Kerala
Job Profile :
- Executing the business expansion plan of all brands.
- Understanding of catchments for new store proposal.
- Identify business associates for business opportunity.
- Discussions with the current set of franchisees on their investment capacity, capability and interest in handling new businesses.
- Mapping an ROI projection for the business.
- Coordinate with field sales team to develop database of properties available in the market.
- Take legal opinion on the property before final confirmation.
- Negotiate for the best rental for the property in the specified location.
- Track competition on the opportunities in new markets.
- Develop a calendar for smooth execution of projects.
Key Deliverables :
- Achieving the set Target of new properties identified.
- Achieving the set target of new franchisees identification.
- Teamwork in liasoning with the sales/retail team.
- Database development of properties and franchisees.
- Market expansion and Business development.
- Zero Process defect.
Right Person :
- Graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience
- Exposure to the market and Knowledge of retail & business development.
- Exposure to B2B sales, retail will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and high level of negotiation skills.
- Should have good analytical ability, team player.
- Willing to travel across the territory.
