Job Responsibility
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with brands marketing goals and brand positioning.
- Design, schedule, and publish high-quality, on-brand content across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Threads, YouTube, Quora etc).
- Work towards achieving the growth goals of the brand by increased conversions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape to ensure our brand remains innovative and relevant.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging visuals, videos, and copy that resonate with our target audience.
- Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely, consistent posting aligned with brand priorities and campaigns.
- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, building a positive community around the brand.
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content, addressing inquiries or concerns, to enhance the brand experience.
- Identify and manage relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and refine strategies based on insights.
- Prepare detailed reports on KPIs and social media performance, focusing on successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement to drive higher conversions.
- Use data- driven insights to experiment, enhance engagement, reach, and increase conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media channels.
- Collaborate with other teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and business goals.
Skills Required
- 5-6 years of Experience in social media management.
- Proven experience in creating and executing social media strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of best practices for platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, etc.
- Proficiency in audience analysis and crafting buyer personas.
- Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of graphic design principles.
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize content for conversions.
