Working Timings : 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM and occasional overtime may be necessary due to business needs.

Job Description :

- Manage whole team of regional sales staff

- Managing, Training, motivating and creative sales team to drive revenue growth.

- Assign leads to the appropriate salesperson based on prior customer relationships, geographical territory, and technical skills. Assure that each salesperson has a clear understanding of their geographical territory and that they are primarily concentrating on prospecting within those boundaries unless otherwise approved by sales management.

- Identify and facilitate training for the direct reports using both internal and external sales resources.

- Interface and cooperate with Field and Operations management and personnel.

- Assist in problem solving, conflict resolution, and bill collecting with consistency and timeliness.

- Prepare periodic performance appraisals and counseling memorandum for sales personnel.

- Present to various groups within the customer's organization when needed

- Review and participate in the analysis of the monthly financial statements for the Plumbing Group.

- Advise the sales & marketing representatives on ways to improve their sales performance

- Assist with developing organizational and sales structure for service plumbing.

- Keeps current with latest training on current products, coordinates technician training and maintains training records to ensure personnel maintain proficiency in preventive maintenance, start-up, troubleshooting, and repair of supported equipment.

- Able to travel throughout the domestic region for various sales & marketing requirements

- Ensure Sales forecast & proper logistics. New product launch.

- Counseling of sales persons when required. Audit of expense vouchers and budgetary control.

- Hold team members accountable for weekly / monthly / quarterly meeting and subscription targets.

- Provide a vision to your team members and drive sales conversions while keeping an eye on their overall career growth and happiness. You'll conduct team meetings and evaluations along with training sessions to inspire your team and improve its performance.

- Develop and manage distribution networks and create sales and Marketing strategies for the assign territory and target sales for a team.

- Reporting : V.P - Sales Division

Skills Required :

- Minimum of 5+ years of sales, marketing, and/or business development experience (Plumbing/HVAC products. Hydronic HVAC experience considered a plus.).

- The position requires regular travel to and from the assigned office location to regional branch offices and/or to project/customer site(s).

- Experience & contacts in building material industry & HVAC would be preferred.

- Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional Language) preferred.

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

- Good business sense.

- The ability to motivate and lead a team.

- Initiative, drive and enthusiasm.

- Good planning and organizational skills.

- The ability to work calmly under pressure.
