Tinkerly - Franchise Development Manager (2-3 yrs)
Exp: 2+ years; Franchise Development Manager has to develop new franchise and business partners in all metro cities, tier 2 and tier 3 cities in India and give support to those franchise and business partners.
Duties:
- Responsible for franchise development and business development of franchise.
- Responsible for increasing admissions in all developed franchise and business partners.
- Responsible for following company policy in developing franchise and business partners.
- Lead all aspects of Franchise Development strategy & process, to include management of the FDD, sales process, lead generation, new franchise territory sales, territory creation, and existing franchisee transfers and renewals
- Participate in P&L goal setting and deliver budgeted top and bottom line results
- Define and implement a cost-effective lead generation strategy utilizing both traditional and non-traditional mediums
Franchise Development Manager Key skills :
- Experience in working with management.
- Must have experience of working in a educational institution
- Knowledge of franchise development in educational institutions
- Experience of how to build a lead and mature it in a franchise for an education institute.
- Extensive knowledge of business processes and procedures
- Ability to make well-informed business decisions
- Proficient in the preparation and evaluation of business reports
- Sound understanding of consumer markets
