- CRM process Built-up and Implementation among the team
- Responsible to manage Key Vendor relationships and database in formulating strategies, Execution.
- Coordinate activities that affects operational Decisions and Business Requirement.
- Responsible for the production, procurement, and planning of daily operations.
- Communicates with all relevant employees to ensure delivery times are met.
- Regular feedback from clients via mail s and through other communications.
- Communicates any changes in the order or delivery date to relevant parties.
- Event handling in all cities with coordination of Marketing and Event Team.
- Managing all the Revenue data with coordination of Management.
- Follows up on interruptions to the order.
- Arranging meetings for our prospective clients and Existing clients to provide them best service.
- Maintaining Customers Data with proper Documentation and Required Necessities of docs.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations .
- Team Handling and Assists representatives in handling disappointed customers.
- Ensures that customers receive the quickest service possible.
- Ensures that customer service representatives follow all company policies and procedures when dealing with customers.
- Takes customer complaints to upper management when necessary.
- Generates reports for upper management.
- Helps create, update and maintain call script for representatives.
- Reviews customer evaluations in regards to service representatives- work and looks for areas that need improvement.
- Participates in the formulation of the company's strategic plan.
- Review and select CRM software that meets our company's needs
