TimesPro - Team Lead - Sales (2-10 yrs)
1) Identifying potential markets, areas and domains to be shared with digital marketing team for generating appropriate leads
2) Regularly planning and conducting Webinars and/or seminars with potential leads/enquiries.
3) Converting leads generated through various sources like Digital Marketing, Web, databases etc. into sales
4) Handling Revenue Collection from Students and potential leads
5) Should be able to handle a team of Advisors/sales counselors and ensure their productivity and conversion rate to match as per organizational requirements.
6) Students Grievances handling at the time of admissions
7) Quality Check, Documentation Check & Feedback from Students
8) Assessing student goals and objectives, and credentials as per the project norms
9) Responsible for achieving sales target in terms of Application, Registration, and Admission from the sources.
10) Plan and correctly articulate the gaps in the team or individual contributors and timely rectifying the same to ensure productivity.
