Role and Responsibilities :
- To handle online enquiries including leads generated through various sources and to convert them into sales.
- To handle online academic & career counselling for prospective learners and their parents.
- To handle eligibility tests and other selection process.
- Responsible for handholding prospective students and guiding them through the entire admission process.
- Responsible for completing entire admission process and collecting copies of relevant documents.
- Responsible for admission fee collection.
- Handling MIS system, documentation and sharing reports on time.
- To achieve individual admission targets.
- To achieve agreed conversion rate from prospective leads to enquiry to admissions.
