Job Description:

- Responsible for managing a team of Advisors handling outbound sales.

- Achieve enrolment as well as revenue targets for the monthly assigned target from leads assigned.

- Manage Team to deliver on Quality, Call productivity, Sales, and Shrinkage as per the defined benchmarks.

- Provides consistent, balanced and timely performance feedback on advisor's performance.

- Review Performance reports and dashboards to identify areas of improvement.

- To process the deliverables within the agreed service levels with a very high standard of accuracy and attention following the defined operating procedures, guidelines and knows when to escalate to supervisors/ managers of any case or concerns.

- Understand, implement, and contribute best practices for sales and constantly seek opportunities for process improvements.

- Training Development for new hires Effectively communicates and manages change in operating procedures and processes to ensure staff understanding, retention and appropriate execution.
