Timescan Logistics - Sales Development Role (2-4 yrs)

We are looking for a driven and communication-savvy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and play a vital role in building our sales pipeline. In this role, you will leverage your fluency in Hindi and English to connect with potential customers, qualify leads, and progress them through the sales funnel.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct outreach calls to both inbound and outbound leads who have expressed interest in our products or services.

- Qualify leads by effectively questioning and understanding their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.

- Build rapport with customers by being friendly, professional, and demonstrating cultural sensitivity, especially while communicating in Hindi.

- Address customer concerns, answer product/service-related questions, and overcome objections.

- Move qualified leads further down the sales funnel by scheduling demos, providing additional information, or setting up follow-up calls.

- Comfortably switch between Hindi and English during calls to cater to customer preferences.

- Actively listen to customer needs and concerns in both languages.

- Clearly communicate product information, benefits, and next steps to potential customers.

- Maintain accurate records of call details, customer information, and lead qualification status within the CRM system.

- Generate regular reports on call activity, lead qualification, and other relevant metrics.

- Collaborate effectively with marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of [Number] years of experience in a sales or customer service role (experience in B2B sales preferred).

- Fluency in Hindi and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.

- Ability to build rapport and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
