Times Professional Learning - Product Trainer - Tech Sales (3-8 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities :
1. Develop and deliver product training programs : Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that equip the sales team with in-depth knowledge of the Technology Higher Education programs. This includes product features, benefits, competitive advantages, target audience, and value proposition.
2. Create training materials : Develop training materials such as presentations, sales collateral, demo scripts, FAQs, and case studies to support the sales team in effectively communicating the value of the Technology Higher Education programs to prospective customers.
3. Conduct training sessions : Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and remotely, to ensure the sales team understands the program offerings, curriculum, learning outcomes, and differentiators. Trainings may include product demonstrations, role-playing exercises, and assessments.
4. Continuous learning support : Provide ongoing learning support to the sales team, including updates on product enhancements, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Stay informed about the latest developments in Technology Higher Education and share relevant insights with the team.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders : Work closely with the product management team, subject matter experts, and sales leadership to gather information, refine training content, and align sales strategies with product offerings. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and knowledge sharing.

Requirement :
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business, Marketing) or equivalent practical experience.
2. Proven experience in training and enablement roles, preferably in the EdTech or technology education industry.
