Roles and Responsibilities :
- Build and deploy campaigns in automation tool with input from various stakeholders across the organization
- Setup & execute ad-hoc campaigns, journeys
- Provide first-line support to marketing team members on the functionality of the marketing automation platform
- Support the Marketing Operations Manager in data management initiatives, including the improvement of data integrity; segmentation and analysis; list management
- Perform day-to-day database maintenance, employing best practices
- Analyze database, campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Knowledge of email best practices to increase deliverability, engagements, and lowering the spamming rates
- Strong project management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns to the team whenever asked
Mandatory Skills :
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on marketing automation or email marketing
- Experience in working with Webengage would be a plus
- Working Knowledge of in HTML/CSS is required, and email coding practices for responsive campaigns
- Strong attention to detail and process driven mindset
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
- Previous experience generating campaign metrics is preferred
- High energy with the ability to manage multiple initiatives within tight deadlines
- Proven ability to take initiative, measured improvement, influence team members, and achieve results
- Ability to build collaborative relationships
