Times Professional Learning - Content & Delivery Head (10-15 yrs)

The person in this position will lead the design, development and delivery of learning programs for corporates and will be responsible to thoroughly mentor and guide his/her team members through every client conversation and delivery. This role will play a critical part in pre-sales business development and ensuring quality delivery to corporate clients

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Sales :

i. Research competitor products and subjects in question adequately

ii. Front-end discussions with the client to understand program objectives and contours

iii. Develop an impressive and relevant program design document (s) for new corporate training requests

iv. Arriving at the pricing of the program

v. Tender support documentation including solution designs, write-ups, SME & Trainer Profiles

vi. Lead the pre-sales cycle to enable effective client discussions portraying adequate capability

2. Program Management (Delivery Phase) :

i. Management of day-to-day activities of the program

ii. Ensuring timely coordination of preparatory, facilitation and post-training activities

iii. Streamlining processes

iv. Data tracking & reporting

v. Maintaining TPL delivery standards and quality

3. People & Function Management :

i. Lead and mentor the team to enable effective pre-sales and deliver activities

ii. Operational and functional processes to ensure efficient management of client accounts and projects right from pre-sales to post-training and project closure

iii. Safeguard revenue margins to enable a profitable business

iv. Lead the end-to-end cycle starting with pre-sales support to revenue reconciliation and relevant reporting of performance data to stakeholders

4. Content Development :

i. Update the central content repository in a way that it can be accessed to rehash from and create new content as required for various client deliverables

ii. Develop/re-purpose content proactively to address market demands in advance

iii. Mentor teams to continuously inculcate TPL standards of delivery in all the content that gets created. For example base the content on adult learning principles, use experiential learning tools and methodology, blend AV and e-nuggets for reinforcement and in an effort to amalgamate facilitator led trainings with self-paced learning content.

5. Capability Building through Vendor Empanelment & Engagement

i. Liaison with training agencies as applicable

ii. Ensuring adequate vendor management efforts to build good relations with supporting consultants and agencies

iii. Build organization's capability through a strong network of relevant trainers, SMEs, and content writers
