Times Music - Manager - Social Media Marketing (4-6 yrs)
Qualifications :
1. Education: Graduate or Post Graduate
2. Minimum Work Experience of 5 Years in social media marketing
3. Preferably from entertainment background or agency experience
4. Good spoken and written English
5. Proficient in MS Office and other short video and image editing tools like Canva
6. Proficient with tools and techniques used for building music community through social media and short video platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Moj, Starmaker, etc
7. Must be able to comprehend social media data and insights
8. Must be up to date with emerging trends on social media platforms
Key Responsibilities :
1. Complete ownership of Times Music's social media handles across all platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube Community and others including execution of activations from concept to post-implementation analysis
2. Collaborate and maintain close relationships with cross-functional teams to maximise the impact of social media efforts by ensuring alignment in communication across channels
3. Actively participate in strategic decisions of planning and executing marketing campaigns on social media platforms
4. Find new and exciting ways to engage with audience via social media channels - drive awareness and conversation around Times Music's content
5. Analyse and report social channel and activation performance on day-to-day basis to quantify the effectiveness of campaigns and drive scalable learnings
6. Work closely with artists and music creators to execute social media campaigns
7. Share creative input to promote upcoming releases for marketing and promotions
