- Understanding of advertising businesses.

- Likes challenges, self driven and ability to work on multiple projects at a time and deliver on timelines.

- Excellent in PowerPoint presentations and also possesses excellent presentation skills to explain the concept internally as well to external clients.

- Exposure in multiple mediums and have worked on giving customized solutions to the client

- Experience with Digital Creative Agency - Worked on creative strategy building creative communication for clients, helps if candidate has design knowledge.

- Will get preference to the candidates from account planning/account strategy from the advertising agency
