- In the Consumer space, TML offers services on short code 58888, India's most popular and recognised short code that is accessed by consumers either through SMS and IVR. Additionally, TML leverages the power of mobile Internet for superior reach and offers popular consumer services such as celebrity blogs (Follo) and mobile greetings (GreetZap).
Position Summary:
I. Primary responsibilities are:
- Customer Acquisition Responsible for acquiring new customers month on month independently for solutions and services in assigned territory, working closely with pre-sales, operations, and accounting teams. Report on sales pipeline development and progress against territory and account plans.
- Revenue Generation Generate revenue from existing and new clients and carry targets accordingly
- Account Planning Responsible for understanding the clients business processes, goals, needs and business drivers. Identify business opportunities and map them with TIL offerings to grow and nurture the accounts.
- Partnership Build sustainable and meaningful relationships with client organizations.
- Drive day-to-day interactions with clientele; monitor Service Level Agreement (SLA) deliverables, marshal cross functional company resources to address customer drivers and initiatives in a consultative manner.
- Sales Processes & Collection Follow the sales processes fully and ensure revenue booking and collection.
Skills :
- Experience min 6 to 10 years in B2B Sales Mandatory
Qualification : Minimim Graduation
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Candidate from Software sales, ERP, SAAS sales. Digital Solutions Sales preferred
Location : Mumbai, Bangalore,
