Position Summary :
Primary responsibilities are :
Customer Acquisition - Responsible for acquiring new customers month on month independently for solutions and services in assigned territory, working closely with pre-sales, operations and accounting teams. Report on sales pipeline development and progress against territory and account plans.
Revenue Generation - Generate revenue from existing and new clients and carry targets accordingly
Account Planning - Responsible for understanding the client's business processes, goals, needs and business drivers. Identify business opportunities and map them with TIL offerings to grow and nurture the accounts.
Partnership - Build sustainable and meaningful relationships with client organizations. Drive day-to-day interactions with clientele; monitor Service Level Agreement (SLA) deliverables, marshal cross functional company resources to address customer drivers and initiatives in a consultative manner.
Sales Processes & Collection - Follow the sales processes fully and ensure revenue booking and collection.
Candidate Profile :
Essential Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) :
- 5-10 years Hard Core (Face to face) Solution Sales Experience of selling to Enterprises
- Well networked with technology and marketing functions in mid to large size enterprises in Bangalore Or Mumbai
- Digital sales experience preferred
- Highly motivated and demonstrated success in delivering on targets consistently
- Techno-business orientation and ability to quickly understand technology and business offerings.
- Good understanding of mobile offerings for enterprises
- Good connections in BFSI, Real Estate, Retail, Ecom companies
