Times Internet - Manager - Client Servicing - Dineout (3-8 yrs)
A seasoned hotelier with background from Sales & Marketing or Food & Beverage Sales with Strong communications skills to coordinate all product process with the clients.
- Hands on person ready to collate all data from client servicing perspective.
- Should be able to have strong interpersonal & communication skills to interact with business partners.
- Ensure all luxury segment end users get top line service and queries/concerns resolved on priority.
- Be fully acquainted with a wide variety of Dineout offerings and keep abreast of any changes or new additions in Dineout Luxury Dining programs and business/product offerings
- Eloquently describe dineout product offerings and make recommendations based on the particular interests and budget of each partner. Focus on Mobile Payments, Offers,Spa Deals, Digital Solutions and most importantly client relationship.
- Effectively communicate with all Partner Hotels and engage with them in multiple ways by offering all our services.
- Proactively work to seek out ways in which to improve the dineout experience for our users.
- Constant touch base with clients to perform on ground promotions within hotel and sell our digital solutions to the hotel brands.
- Ability to achieve revenue/targets. Luxury Hotel Background with awareness of trends in hospitality industry.
- New Business Development, Client Acquisition and ability to be a deal closer.

Background (essential and desired)
- 4-6 Years of experience in hospitality sector dealing with clients and management teams within a Five Star Hotel, revenue/targets experience
