Role : Customer Experience Specialist
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Responsibilities:
- You will have the responsibility of taking complete ownership in sorting out the queries of the prospective /existing investors so that he/she can invest /continue to be on our platform with no doubts/queries left in his mind.
- You will play a key role in shaping the perception of customers about ET Money and help them invest from our platform
Skill Set Required :
- You must have effective written and oral communication skills
- You must have strong knowledge of MF products
- You need to have good coordination skills and ability to work with different teams
- You must have 2+ years of experience in MF industry
- You must be NISM certified
