Times Group - Manager - Sales (3-10 yrs)
Purpose: To help the Company achieve targets and to plan future growth path.
Primary Responsibilities :
1. To strategize and plan effectively to achieve branch target
2. To meet department productivity and quality goals
3. Business development -analyzing new possibilities of business
4. To establish employee goals and drive performance by guiding them.
5. To do advance revenue planning to meet targets with team members i.e. plan special projects/features/initiatives etc.
6. To plan special initiatives or areas of business expansion .
7. To streamline editorial policies so as to facilitate the teams routine work.
8. To plan employee growth and provide them with relevant training facilities and opportunities.
9. To conduct sales review meetings weekly.
10. To coach and provide career development advice to the team.
11. To conduct regular employee performance reviews.
12. To assist team members to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
13. To direct the team in the development, analysis, and preparation of reports.
14. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge And Skill Requirements:
1. Experience in Delivering project and team activities.
2. Education: UG - Any Specialization, PG - MBA/PGDM - Marketing
