We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Media Solutions Sales Executive/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling innovative media solutions, including print, digital, and multimedia advertising, to clients across various industries. This role requires a deep understanding of advertising strategies, excellent client relationship management, and a strong ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and engage potential clients to sell media advertising solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close deals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and corporate clients.
- Provide customized media solutions to meet client objectives.
- Offer strategic guidance on media planning and ad placement.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments.
- Analyze client needs and market dynamics to suggest effective advertising solutions.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, content, and creative departments.
- Coordinate with media planning and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2-5+ years of experience in media sales, advertising, or business development.
- Strong understanding of advertising across print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Experience in print and digital media advertising sales.
- Established network within media agencies and corporate clients.
