Job Responsibilities:

You will begin in an individual contributors role, working in a team of go-getters to help spread the way of Learning in your city. You would be showcasing the unique way of Learning to students and parents and will be responsible for mentoring and sales in your designated zone.

- Good interpersonal and presentation skills

Academic Qualification: Any Graduation/ Post Grad Degree

Training: Post your selection, You will be part of a 2 months training program under the Business Development Trainee profile at a monthly stipend of Rs 25,000. On successful completion of training, You will be promoted to the role of Business Development Associates (BDA).

Additional Information:

- You will join as Business Development Trainee. The training period is for 2 months in which you will have 2 weeks of ONLINE CLASSROOM TRAINING where they will explain to you about the role, the product information will be provided, and the working culture will be explained. The next 6 weeks will be ON THE JOB TRAINING where you will be doing actual sales. You will be working from home as an inside sales role. During this period, you will be given a stipend of 25,000 per month and there will be a performance pay/ incentive of 25,000 per month, depending upon the business you generate.

- Post the successful completion of the training period, you will be promoted to the Business Development Associate level. Till the time, lockdown continues, you will work from home into inside sales role only.

- Once the lockdown is over and you resume the work from the office and start the field sales role, then your salary will be again revised to 10LPA (7LPA Fixed + 3LPA Performance Pay)
