Key Responsibilities and Job Activities:
Enterprise Account Managers contribute to the business by actively developing new business with enterprise level companies through a consultative selling approach.
In alignment with the sales strategy, create and implement a tactical sales plan to acquire new clients who are interested in a long-term relationship with TimesJobs
Leverage existing contacts in the industry to reach out to new prospects and initiate conversations to assess their needs and recommend TimesJobs Recruitment solutions
Take a book of existing accounts that in salesforce and create a plan to reach out to these companies to assess their needs and recommend TimesJobs Recruitment solutions
To positively promote the Company, its mission and core values.
To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales.
Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship.
Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity
Experience Requirements:
Education: Any Graduate or Any Post Graduate
Minimum 1 Year of work experience in B2B Sales
Attributes of Ideal Candidate:
Strong professional network
Ability to communicate challenging concepts in layman terms
Strong presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure, effectively prioritize
Fundamental understanding of the sales process
Team player, collaboration is key
