Times Centre For Learning - Zonal Business Manager - Education Vertical (6-12 yrs)
Position Objective:
Driving sales effort across centres for acquiring new clients and achieving revenue plan from named/new clients in specific vertical/region.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for overall marketing, student sourcing activities, delivery, placement and profitability of the centre.
2) Recruitment and training of center staff, manage attrition & ensure timely replacement.
3) Ensure training delivery quality meets the set standards.
4) Engineer word of mouth, ensure student feedback meets the set standards.
5) Managing a team of Counselors, Business Development Executives, Centre IT, Centre Administration, Accounts and Faculty.
6) Securing College/University tie-ups to achieve institutional channel budgets.
7) Coordinating with H.O & Client Organizations to ensure 100% placements.
8) Creating additional avenues for the student placements.
9) Timely collection of learner fee at the centre and collection for institutional relationships.
10) Batch scheduling, Centre administration, Expense Management and MIS reporting.
Experience Requirement:
1) Approximate 8-12 years of experience.
2) Ability to handle a team of 10-15 members.
3) Graduate with 5 + Years in a centre managerial role or in a student sourcing role.
4) Well-developed contacts with Colleges/Universities and industry.
Skills and Knowledge:
1) Good understanding of local marketing channels with respect to student sourcing and institutional tie-ups.
2) People Management, Team Building, Administration & Business Development.
3) Should have handled business of 4-5 crores annually
4) Should have a clarity on ATL, BTL activities and be a pre- contributor in centre marketing activities.
