Job Title : Regional Manager, Corporate Sales, Executive Education
Location : Mumbai
Position Objective :
Regional Manager is responsible for maximizing nominations from the companies in respective region and thus maximizing the sales and revenue from region
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for region.
- Achieving revenue targets by acquisition of new clients for new programs.
- Lead the account end to end, plan, strategize and execute the same in line with the revenue targets.
- Meetings with CXOs of top companies in the region
- Work on proposals and need analysis with regards training needs of corporates
- Work closely with all teams to ensure new solutions are effectively placed as per the plan
- Should be very strong in concept/solution selling and have a good industry connect.
Education and Skills
1. MBA in any stream but with a passion for Corporate Sales.
2. Strong networking with CXO's in earlier positions.
3. Experience in selling education products to large corporate.
4. Strong in analytical and strategy planning.
5. 8-10 years- experience in concept/solution selling.
6. Excellent in communication skills with a pleasing personality.
7. Good understanding and know-how of corporate education market and its trends.
