Job Description
1- Hunting and breaking ice with identified Account set for West
2- Ice breaking with mid-sized Corporates (Indian, MNCs).
3- Should have strong existing relationships already, especially with L&D, HR fraternity.
4- Should be strong in acquisition of new Clients as well as retention of existing ones
5- Fair upselling, cross-selling and recurring sales, expanding accounts
6- Discipline and seriousness to work from home kind of environment
Minimally Required Criteria Preferred or Specialised Criteria
Education : Graduate
Experience About 6-12 years in Corporate Sales. Should know Mumbai market like the back of his/her hand. Must be from Corporate Sales background only. From Learning and Development industry, Training industry. Alternate option-Recruitment industry
Skills
- Good selling skills (Handling funnel end to end), Outstanding relationship management skills, Assertive, Aggressive, Fluent / flawless English speaking/ writing skills, excellent presentation skills, adept / expert at scheduling meetings/ prezs and cold calling.
Knowledge
- Sales funnel, end to end Sales process, Training and Education Industry -business, seasonality and other nuances; Learning and Development concepts, Telephone etiquettes, Mumbai market, Customer psychology, Corporate L&D/ HR/ Finance processes.
Abilities/ Competencies
- Passion for Corporate Sales, expert level hunting (including cold calling) closing abilities and relationship management, adept interpersonal skills, persistence and ability to work under pressure, track record of delivering on targets, readiness to meet min 3-4 Client meetings per day, fluent and flawless English communication - oral and written, Well groomed, cold calling, ability to hold conversations with senior people at Client Organisations, ability to comprehend Client requirements, result orientation and a Go-getter attitude.
