JOB DESCRIPTION :
Job Title : Business Development Manager
Location : Chennai
Position Objective:
Student Acquisition. To manage admission by conducting seminars and generating business through ACP
Roles and Responsibilities :
Brand Building
1) Travelling extensively as per the plans in approval by the regional head for the maximum coverage and reach
2) Conducting satellite activities, participating in Education fairs, college and coaching classes presentations
3) Conducting BTL activities, promotional drives in coordination with the central marketing team and Regional Head
Lead Generation
1) Planning and organizing walking drives and campaigns across the institutes in the region
2) Conducting regular presentations, seminars and workshops at local and regional colleges & institutes
3) Developing channel partners at local levels to increase the inflow of leads
4) TAP test registration, conducting test, lead generation to final admission conversion
5) Strategizing the lead generations activities to ensure the regular batches at the universities for the DMBA programs
Business Development
1) Acquiring channel partners
2) Monitor target v/s achievement on regular basis
Relevant Experience Range (In Years): 5 years+ in Education industry Knowledge
Education sector, Higher education
Skills :
- Communication skills, presentation skills, ACP handling
Attributes
- To Manage ACP's and build network with colleges and educational institute, willing to Traveling
Qualification
Mandatory: Graduation
Desired: Any stream
