Position Objective:
1. To ideate and write suitable copy for marketing campaigns for Digital & non-digital media as per the stated objectives of organization / brand / course or campaign.
2. From an organization perspective, to create awareness about the brands and courses and building trust and loyalty with learners while engaging and informing them
3. From a business perspective, to generate enquiries; helping sales team in conversion of the prospect and also for referrals
Roles and Responsibilities
The roles and responsibilities include
1. Creating and curating clear, persuasive and original copies through the various iterations of the project
2. Understand Organization, its mission, vision and values, its brands and structure
3. Familiarise with the courses it offers, the academic and industry partners, learning proposition of the courses and its TG and their persona
4. Familiarize with the brand proposition and its language, design elements
5. Ideation & Conceptualization of communication as per requirements and stated objectives
6. Collaborate with fellow content team members on various projects and tasks
7. Collaborate/liaise with Design team members to get the communication completed
8. Proofread and vet the communication piece and share final & complete one with the stakeholders and be responsible for its suitability, adequacy, construct, aesthetics and grammatical accuracy and ensure that it's not plagiarised
9. Amend, revise or redevelop the copy or advertisement in response to the inputs and feedback till its approved by all the stakeholders, internal or external
10. Oversee various projects through the design or production stage to completion
11. Consideration of SEO while create web-content
12. Be up-to date with current copy and communication trend and culture
13. Able to give timelines for the task and ensure to meet the set timelines
The communication needs to be created for Digital & non-digital media and the communication includes.
1. Paid ad campaign designs including digital and social media banners, emailers

2. Organic social media posts: Static, Carousels, GIFs & videos - Optimized copy for different media platforms
3. Scripts for Videos - Promotional, social media and explainer videos
4. Social media posts & videos for repurposing Blogs, Articles, guides, webinars
5. Listicles, Infographics
6. Promotion communications for Event (Webinar, Seminar, Career Fair) including landing pages
7. Print & BTL Campaign creatives: Ads, flyers, posters, Standees, BTL collateral designs
8. Course brochures and leaflets, website content including landing pages, Testimonials
Copy includes Headlines, slogans, catchphrases, straplines and body copy for Digital campaigns, Social media organic posts, Print campaigns, Blogs, articles, listicles, emailers
