Relevant Experience Range: 3+ years;
Certification in Content Marketing, & SEO from a good Institute will be valued.
Position Objective :
To ideate and write suitable content for marketing campaigns for Digital & non-digital media as per the stated objectives of organization / brand / course or campaign.
1. From a broader perspective, to create awareness about brand and course and building trust and loyalty with learners while engaging and informing them
2. From a business perspective, to generate enquiries; helping sales team in conversion of the prospect and also for referrals
Roles and Responsibilities :
The roles and responsibilities include
1. Creating and curating clear, persuasive and original content/ copies through the various iterations of the project
2. Proofread and vet the content piece and share final & complete one with the stakeholders and be responsible for its suitability, adequacy, construct, aesthetics and grammatical accuracy and ensure that it's not plagiarised
3. Understand Organization, its mission, vision and values, its brands and structure
4. Familiarise with the courses it offers, the academic and industry partners, learning proposition of the courses and its TG and their persona
5. Familiarise with the brand proposition and its language, design elements
6. Ideation & Conceptualisation of communication as per stated objectives
7. Collaborate with fellow content team members on various projects and tasks
8. Collaborate/liaise with Design team members to get the communication completed
9. Amend, revise or redevelop the copy or advertisement in response to the inputs and feedback till its approved by all the stakeholders, internal or external
10. Oversee various projects through the design or production stage to completion
11. Understanding of google search consideration while creating content including keyword consideration
12. Be up-to date with current copy and communication trend and culture
13. Liaise with an empanelled content agency/ freelancer:
Create content task brief and explain to the agency/freelancer
Check the content piece received for suitability, adequacy, construct, aesthetics and grammatical accuracy and ensure that it's not plagiarised
Suggest changes/revisions to the agency and get the final copy
Check & edit content piece received and share the final content with the stakeholder and be responsible for it
14. Able to give timelines for the task and ensure to meet the set timelines
The communication needs to be created for Digital & non-digital media including and communication includes.
1. Articles, Blogs, Guest Blogs, Guides, Listicles, Infographics, Q&As for website and Quora - SEO Optimised content
2. Social media organic posts for repurposing Blogs, Articles, guides, webinars
3. Google Search ads copies, Text description copies for Digital/Social media posts, Testimonials
4. Awareness and Consideration stage communications including Promotional, Engagement emailers, Stage-wise emailers, SMS Scripts etc.
5. Program literature including brochure, leaflet, website content, Landing pages
6. Explainer Videos; Video edits
7. Landing page for webinar, seminar, career fair
8. Press Release communication
Copy can include Headlines, slogans, catchphrases, straplines and body copy for Digital campaigns, Social media organic posts, Blogs, articles, listicles, emailers
