Job Overview :
We are actively looking for candidates experienced in Business development (IT Service Company or Digital Marketing Agency) or have experience of winning customers for Digital Agencies in the past.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Explore, develop and grow new digital marketing business opportunities for the company.
- Responsible for planning and executing successful business development strategies.
- Understanding clients advertising objectives and approach prospects with right marketing strategies and offer them our services.
- Exhibiting expertise in digital marketing solutions.
- Selling of Services like- SEO, SMO, PPC, social media, website development, software development, etc.
- Gathering market information and customer requirements and establish new business relationship.
- Research, creation and execution of lead generation campaigns for growth opportunities.
- Identify and generate high quality leads through offline and online channels- Print, social media, etc. that results in winning new projects across India and Abroad.
- Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
- Research, contact and connect with prospective clients and building and maintaining good business relationship with them.
- Attending seminars, conference, events, clients meeting, etc. when required.
- Effective tele calling, cold calling, emailing, presentations, demonstrations, proposal makings, client relationship building, etc.
- Contacting new prospective clients to establish a good relationship and convert into new opportunities.
- Understanding clients needs and requirements by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, etc. and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Coordinating in entire sales pipeline - prospecting, lead qualification, etc.
- Good command in LinkedIn, email, fb, etc., social media channels.
- Managing end-to-end business processes right from pitching, planning and closing the deal to campaign execution and client servicing.
- Performing other essential tasks.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, practices and developments (digital industry, clients industry and agency industry).
Pre- requisites :
- Prior work experience as Business Development Executive.
- Past experience of working in Digital Marketing agency or experience of winning customers for Digital Agency.
Skills :
- Strong Communication and influencing Skills
- Proficiency in English- verbal and written is must.
- Strong CRM, Technical and organisational Skills.
- Research, Creativity, Social Networking, etc.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing services, website development, etc.
- Excellent presentation, pitching, and client relationship skills.
- Lead Generation, Client Handling, Client Acquisition.
- Able to professionally communicate with high profile clients.
- Knowledge of MS Office Tools- MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
- Minimum 1- 2 years of Business Development Experience in a IT Service Company or Digital Marketing Agency.
