Tikshark Solutions - Business Development/Sales Role (0-2 yrs)
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment and looking to work with a fast growing ed-tech startup. You will help manage and oversee the entire trial class process from end-to-end - scheduling, emailing, following up, technical checks
Location - Kaushambi, Ghaziabad
Responsibilities :
- Cold calling potential leads and setting up trial classes for them
- Designing email and social media marketing campaigns for lead generation
- Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
- Coordinating business generation activities
- Developing customized targeted sales strategies
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
- Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews, meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration Requirements
- Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C -Level Executives
- Demonstrated and proven sales results
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3rd or 4th year students looking for an internship can also apply
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- Basic knowledge of any programming language is a plus

Internship is followed by a Pre-placement Offer
- Internship Duration: 3 months
- Internship Stipend: Rs 5000/-
- Final Salary: Rs 12000-20000/-
