Job Description:
- Manage a Team
- Be in charge of running & managing the commercial center daily.
- Handling daily operations SLAs such as Repeat, Services Level, Answering,
Abandoned, AHT & Quality.
- Ensuring First Time Resolution in line with process defined.
- Audit the process & adherence compliance
- Regular Coaching & Briefing of team members
- Measuring the all performance parameters
Skill Set :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills and engaging presentation styles.
- Should be a good motivator
- Should be able to multi task and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good MS Excel Knowledge
- Good analytical skills
