Key Account Manager
Key result areas:
- Individual performer
- New customer acquisition through prospecting new clients
- Maintain / manage and grow business from the assigned Key / Named Accounts
- Maximising wallet share form the existing Key / Named accounts
- Build and maintain long term relationship with the Key Decision Makers / CXOs in the allocated Key / Named Accounts.
- Responsible for periodic achievement of the customer acquisition and revenue targets for the assigned Key / Named Accounts.
- Responsible for revenue generation from the set of corporate by cross selling and up selling
- Ensure customer satisfaction through coordination with back end support functions viz., customer service, billing and other functions.
- Ensure the timely collection of the payments and adherence to the payment collection / Outstanding systems and procedures as per company policies
- Keep a track of the clients business initiatives and future plans and analyse its impact on the business
- Identify the opportunities for the new products, services and applications and enhancing the existing infrastructure for additional revenues
- Collect the market intelligence data including environmental, customer and competitor information and initiatives and analyse the same to pre-empt its impact on the business
- Striking strategic alliances with synergistic partners like system integrators, consultants etc. in line with the defined guidelines
Skills required :
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to identify and manage relationships and decision making processes across complex organization
- Should demonstrate solution centric approach towards problems spread across geographies
- Ability to manage customer issues, including those essential for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Highly self-driven, self-motivated and should possess a proactive approach towards the objectives
