GTM & Client Communication Leader

- We're looking for a highly accomplished GTM professional for providing successful leadership and management of a range of integrated marketing programs aimed at clients and prospects across our key markets. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and execution of initiatives such as client acquisition, account expansion, brand management, client events, key brand sponsorships, community sponsorships, and strategic client communication. The role will involve working directly with various members of the executive leadership, business development, and account management teams. You'll collaborate with the Branding & Communications team for several initiatives.

Responsibilities :

- You'll own the GTM marketing planning and execution, working directly with the executive

- leadership and collaborating with multiple functions. The role will evolve as the company grows and explores new avenues of growth. Below are key aspects of the role as we see in the near future.

- Work with the BD/Sales team to drive GTM programs, including lead generation through digital marketing and inbound marketing

- Evaluate and create marketing/branding opportunities for key markets to reach our audiences and stakeholders

- Manage conference sponsorships and participation for key markets

- Create content for website, conferences, campaigns, webinars and build high-end client comms and marketing collaterals, including videos and newsletters in conjunction with the Brand & Communications team.

- Engage with analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, etc.

- Demonstrate strong leadership and serve as an organizational connector enabling knowledge sharing and connecting all facets of the business when initiating, developing, and implementing GTM and client comms projects.

Desired Skills :

1. 12+ years in marketing roles, with exposure to several of the above responsibilities preferably in Analytics/Technology/Management consulting industries

2. Significant experience working in or with the western markets, especially the US Outstanding communication and presentation skills, especially related to technology

3. Superlative relationship-building and project-management skills

4. High levels of "discussion-stamina", to be able to shape conversations with multiple stakeholders, especially at the leadership level

5. Experience in working with external agencies for design/GTM requirements

6. Compensation and title will be commensurate with the experience and skill level.
